Police Update


Dear Residents,

Welcome to the Police Update for the past 2 weeks.

The message includes burglaries and catalytic converter thefts reported between the  8th September 2022 to 22nd September 2022.  

North

·        09/09/2022 08:00. Cleave Prior, Chipstead.  Residential Burglary.  Method of Entry- Access has been gained to the bedroom.  Stolen: Tobacco.

 ·      16/09/2022 Between 16:00 to 22:00. High Beeches, Banstead. Residential Burglary.  Method of Entry- Forced entry through the rear patio window.  Stolen: Not confirmed at this time but including Jewellery and Cash.

·      21/09/2022 18:30. How Lane, Chipstead. Residential Burglary.  Method of Entry- Forced entry through a first floor window, located at the rear of the property.     Stolen: Including Jewellery, coins and Louis Vuitton purse.

Central

·      11/09/2022 Between 02:00 to 02:40. Taynton Drive, Redhill.   Residential Burglary resulting in a car theft.  Method of Entry- Forced entry through the front door of the property. Vehicle stolen from the drive of the property.  Stolen: Car Keys, Vehicle and headphones.

·       Between 30/08/2022 04:30 to 12/09/2022 01:30. Reigate Hill, Reigate. Residential Burglary.  Method of Entry- Forced entry through the first floor bathroom window.  Stolen: Not confirmed at this time but including Jewellery.

South

           No reports

Catalytic Converters Thefts 

There have been 5 Catalytic converter thefts reported in the past two weeks. 1 from a Lexus in Yew Tree Lane, Reigate and 1 from a Toyota Prius in Deerings Road, Reigate. 1 from a BMW in Chetwode Road, Tadworth.  1 from Canada Road, Redhill and 1 from The Reardens, Banstead, both from a Honda Jazz.
