Please find below details of the currently reported burglaries (or attempted burglaries) to residential properties (including shed break-ins) as well as other crime statistics over the last period (23 Aug - 12 Sept 2022). Summary details of these are provided in the list below.
Please note, where known I have used the approximate actual incident date/times rather than date the incident was reported (as there can be differences).
Bagshot03 Sept (17:00 - 20:30) Cedar Close. Entry point was to the rear of the property, UPVC patio doors lock was tampered with, the cylinder was damaged, possibly drilled out. Untidy search including downstairs and bedrooms. The main bedroom searched with jewellery boxes from he draws having been carefully laid out and some items removed.30 Aug (15:00) - 05 Sept (10:26) Bagshot Green. Suspect forced window open however it is believed no access has been gained to property.31 Aug (12:00) - 04 Sept (16:00) Cedar Close. Side door to property forced leaving tool marks. Untidy search of upstairs rooms. Nothing stolen.
Camberley13 Aug (06:00) - 27 Aug (09:00) GreenHolme. Someone tried to enter property by tampering with the lock on front door and also forcing the actual front and rear doors. No entry was actually gained as nothing appears to be missing.01 Sept (19:53) Upper Park Road. Offenders forced entry and conducted an untidy search seemingly taking cash and jewellery. The report was initially made by a witness who reported two males wearing masks and running across gardens suspecting that a nearby burglary had occurred. The side gate had significant damage and been completely lifted off its lower hinge. Rear conservatory door has damage to the lock area and was found open by the owner. A messy search had been carried out internally including living room, office and bedrooms. Owner suspects that some of his wife’s jewellery has been taken. Within the property several high value items such as laptops and iPads had been left on display but not stolen by the suspects. Reports that males have left by jumping over several fences towards the vicinity of Shalbourne Rise. Later check of Ring doorbell showed a male had approached the front door to knock on the address and appeared to be an IC1 male, unknown age, wearing a blue coloured long-sleeved sportswear top and dark bottoms, wearing a blue surgical face mask and a navy woolly hat with a bobble.08 Sept (11:21) Claremont Avenue. Report relates to residential burglary whereby victim has returned home from a 3-week holiday to find property has been broken in to and several rooms searched - not believed that any property has been taken.
Frimley01 Sept (20:00) - 02 Sept (06:00) Field Lane. Report of theft of bicycle from detached garage. Suspects have broken into a secured garage separate from the house by removing the lock which was discarded on the floor next to the door. Stolen bike is a YT Kapra Pro Rece Bicycle – serial number unknown.01 Sept (23:15) Worsley Road. Attempted residential burglary where suspects have attempted to force entry through the front door causing damage. It is not believed that the suspects have achieved entry.04 Sept (14:38) Old Pasture Road. Residential burglary with untidy search. Call received from member of the public after seeing 3 males acting suspiciously rolling under back fence of property. Police attended and searches confirmed property had been entered via rear door where panel has been removed. Untidy search of the entire property had been completed inc drawers and doors of cabinets opened and searched. It appears that Jewellery has been targeted as many jewellery boxes have been emptied out onto the bed of the main bedroom. Electrical items such as iPads not taken. Vehicle keys also left in the property.

Crime Vehicle (inc);25 Aug (17:00) - 26 Aug (11:00). A sign written 10-plate Ford Focus car left in the lay-by on the A30 to help promote part of a business has been vandalised. The rear window screen was smashed, the drivers window was smashed & both front and rear windows on the passenger side were smashed. The number plates had also been removed - no sign they were ripped off (Windlesham).22 Aug – 29 Aug High Street. Rear number plate taken from 57-plate dark blue Vauxhall Astra whilst owner on holiday (Camberley).27Aug (03:00) - 28 Aug (03:00) Lightwater Meadow. Front number plate taken from 18-plate Toyota Aygo (Lightwater).04 Sept (00:01) – 05 Sept (08:00) Albany Park. Report of theft of 63-plate white Ford Transit. Keys not taken. Informant states CCTV shows 3 males have approached parked vehicle which was parked outside the front of the unit, have managed to unlock the vehicle and get inside and driven the vehicle away. Vehicle is not key less (Camberley).07 Sept (23:10 - 23:14) Woodlands Lane. Grey 10-plate Landrover 110 Defender stolen. Keys not taken. Vehicle later recovered by police (Windlesham).10 Sept (20:00) – 11 Sept (17:00) Wenslydale Road. Theft of rear number plate from 19-plate BMW R12 50 GSA multicoloured motorcycle which was parked on drive overnight (Camberley).10 Sept (06:30 - 18:00) London Road. Red 71-plate Honda CRV Hybrid stolen from driveway. Owner has returned to find it missing but has both sets of keys and no one else had access to the vehicle (Windlesham).
Drug Seizure;26 Aug Gracious Pond Road. Cannabis plants and stalks have been found by council worker in woodland (Chobham). 27 Aug Watchetts Park. Whilst attempting to enter Surrey Pride, female’s bag has been searched and a small plastic bag filled with white powder was located that suspect advised as ketamine (Camberley). 06 Sept Park Street. 17 year old in possession of cannabis for personal use (Camberley).
Drugs;26 Aug Hazel Road. Police called to lady in a car acting strangely. A search was carried out and a small amount of amphetamines (class B) was found in her possession. Due to concerns for her health lady was taken to hospital by ambulance (Mytchett). 27 Aug Watchetts Rec. Individual has been stopped by security at event and found with trace of cannabis. Dealt with by police giving words of advice (Camberley). 27 Aug Watchetts Rec. Individual stopped by event security - searched by police - 3 joints of cannabis recovered (Camberley). 31 Aug. Ongoing issue with another resident smoking cannabis causing vulnerable adult distress (Camberley). 02 Sept High Street. Officers have attended due to 999 calls made stating a male has been causing fights. Officers spoke with the male who was detained for a search and a green herbal substance found on his person which he has stated is cannabis and handed it over to officers (Camberley). 07 Sept After responding to reports of antisocial behaviour police came across suspects smoking cannabis and after a subsequent chase of one suspect he was searched and found to have a small amount of cannabis on him (Lightwater). 10 Sept Frimley Road. After a traffic stop for a motorcycle spotted with no insurance rider looked under the influence and admitted smoking cannabis previous night and having cannabis joint in rucksack. Joint was seized and a CR issued (Frimley).
Drunk/Drug In Charge (inc);27 Aug (00:20) Chertsey Road. A member of the public reported that a car was seen in bushes at the side of the road. Police have attended the location and the suspect has raised suspicions of being intoxicated. The suspect was sat in the drivers seat with the key in the ignition. The suspect blew at the roadside a reading of 90mg and was subsequently arrested. Whilst in custody the suspect blew 74mg (Chobham).30 Aug (19:50) Gosden Road. Stopped driving a motor vehicle by police on a public road. Police suspected alcohol and driver tested with a roadside reading of 82mg (West End).02 Sept (23:00) Service Station London Road. Male spotted apparently intoxicated behind the wheel of car whilst engine running and police called. The male occupant eventually woke up and was assisted out of the vehicle by officers. He appeared very intoxicated therefore was required to provide a preliminary sample of breath which he agreed to do. Driver provided reading of 95mg and hence was arrested (Bagshot).04 Sept (23:00 - 23:34) Portsmouth Road. Male seen driving his motor vehicle on Portsmouth Road with no lights on. Upon stopping the vehicle driver smelt of intoxicating liquor. Driver has blown 57 at the roadside and 47 in custody (Frimley).
Keyless Car Theft;30 Aug (03:52) Regent Way. Police received reports of 3 males on driveway attempting to steal car, 65-plate Ford Mustang Ecoboost. The informant was awoken by a noise and they have seen the males who have moved off on foot away from the drive. Officers have deployed on a grade one response and have attempted to contain the area through placing units on local roads. Dog units were also deployed, however they lost the track (Frimley).30 Aug (03:00) Regent Way. Inft reporting theft of his 17-plate Black BMW 420D Index from driveway. 3 males were spotted by CCTV. Keys were not taken (Frimley).29 Aug (03:00) - 30 Aug (07:00) Upper Chobham Road. Report of theft of 2 vehicles overnight - blue 2019 BMW 330 saloon and 65-plate BMW 320 - both vehicles keyless and keys not taken. After victim posted on Facebook to make people aware a member of the public reported finding items that were in the cars (golf clubs and a denim jacket ) in a car park nearby (Camberley).29 Aug (22:30) - 30 Aug (05:00) Woburn Close. Report of theft of 69-plate black BMW 520 estate from drive. Keys not taken (Frimley).04 Sept (02:30) Amber Hill. Attempted theft of 66-plate Jaguar F-PACE and Mini Clubman parked on owners drive. Security camera’s alerted resident and showed two people (with hoodies on) trying to steel the cars. Resident shouted at them and they ran away. Could not see faces as they had hoodie’s on. Review of CCTV showed a suspect who appears to be holding a lead of some sort. This could potentially be for OBD theft or a keyless relay device. Owner also advised that further CCTV shows the suspects holding the relay device up to the house, when it doesn't connect they then point to the Mini. Images show the men run off down the street where they get in a vehicle parked down the road (Camberley).04 Sept (00:00 - 11:05) Albert Road. 67-plate Range Rover Sport with keyless entry stolen overnight. Car was later spotted and recovered in Ascot by Thames Valley Police the same morning (Bagshot).04 Sept (03:25-03:30) Albert Road. 68-plate Range Rover stolen. Victim was unaware until she was contacted by TVP who informed her that her vehicle had been recovered after a de-camp in Bracknell - no suspect identified at the time of writing (Bagshot).08 Sept (04:33) Elgin Way. Theft of a white keyless Mercedes E220 index 69-plate from the drive, captured on ring doorbell footage. Footage shows four people, some of whom were wearing light coloured hooded tops and dark face coverings, one suspect entered the victim’s drive whilst the remaining three stood in the road. The person entering the drive was wearing a dark backpack on his back, and it was this person that gained entry to the victim’s vehicle. Vehicle was driven off of the drive in the direction of Sandringham Way. The keys were not stolen. Reported that the main key was not in a faraday pouch at the time of the theft and was in the lounge at the rear of the property whilst the spare was in a Faraday pouch in a drawer in the hall. The vehicle had a tracker and victim contacted the police to advise them that the vehicle was tracking to a location in Pirbright. Local PCSOs attended this location and located the vehicle’s tracker unit and various internal car panels with the Mercedes logo on it but unfortunately the vehicle could not be found (Frimley).10 Sept (19:20) Updown Hill. Grey 2017 diesel Range Rover Sport stolen without the keys. An extensive search was carried out and the vehicle was located at the bottom of Swift Road in, Upper Hale. The vehicle sustained no damage and had been parked and securely locked (Windlesham).
Theft (inc);23 Aug (18:30) - 24 Aug (10:10) Esher Road. Theft of a blue Carerra Vulcan bicycle (unknown frame number) taken by unknown male from the communal area of a set of flats. CCTV footage shows an IC1 male in all black clothing walking up the stairs, also wearing a black balaclava taking the bike and walking off with it (Camberley).27 Aug (21:30-22:00) Wood Road. Male has had bicycle (blue Rockrider bike with pink handle grips ) stolen from outside property (Camberley).
