Reigate and Banstead Police Safer Neighbourhood Team
Dear Residents, Welcome to the Police Update for the last week. The message includes personal fraud (Scams), burglaries, catalytic converter thefts and vehicle thefts reported between the 12th February 2026 to 19th February 2026. The report also includes information on arrests in the Borough.
Arrests. There were 44 arrests in the period February 12th 2026 to February 18th 2026: Domestic Incident/Violent Domestic Abuse 9, Rape/Sexual Offence 3, Drugs 1, Prescribed Limit 4, Violent Crime in a Public Place 1, Violent Crime other 2, Harassment/Stalking 5, Racially Motivated- Public Order 1, Hate/Diversity 1, Criminal Damage 2, Master Occurrence 6*, Fire Arm/Ballistic Seized 1, Child at Risk 1, Crime Other 2, Theft 2, Road Related Offence 1, Out of Force enquiries 1. Assault on Police 1. *A Master Occurrence is used when recording an arrest where a number of offences are recorded for one incident.

Bicycle Thefts There were no residential garage or shed burglaries resulting in bicycle thefts reported this week.
Personal Fraud (Scams) in the Borough. Records show that there has been one report of Personal Fraud in the Borough during the last week. The report was of Financial Abuse.
Burglaries North 13/02/2026 Between 19:40 to 19:43. Woodland Way, Kingswood. Residential Burglary. Method of Entry – Forced entry through a first floor window. Stolen: Not confirmed at this time. (PR 45260017746)
Central Between 18/02/2026 00:00 to 19/02/2026 18:12. London Road, Redhill. Residential Garage Burglary. Method of Entry – Forced entry through the garage door. Stolen: Nothing Taken. (PR 45260020152)
South 18/02/2026 Between 00:00 . Peeks Brook Lane, Horley. Residential Burglary. Method of Entry – Entry through the door to the property. Stolen: Television. (PR 45260019552)
