Mole Valley Beat Bulletin Thursday 16th June 2022

Good Morning,

Leatherhead has recently experienced a spate of key-less vehicle thefts. Top three tips to keep your vehicle safe:

1. Park vehicles in a garage if possible

2. Keep keys (+spares) in a Faraday Pouch away from front-door of your property

3. Purchase a steering wheel-lock

When purchasing Faraday Pouches and steering wheel-locks, please look out for the Secured By Design (SBD) logo! These items often meet higher requirements and are less likely to fail. https://www.securedbydesign.com/.../vehicle.../relay-theft
