Caterham Dispersal Order

A Dispersal Order will be in place in Caterham again this weekend following several reports of Anti-Social Behaviour in the area recently.

The order will cover two separate area's within Caterham which can be seen in the attached maps.

The first being Caterham on the Hill, primarily around the Tesco and Barracks area as well as a portion of the Surrey National Golf Course. The second area covers Caterham Valley Town, including the Rail Station, retail area's and Stafford Road (including the recreational area).

The Order will be in place between:

1600hrs - 000hrs on Friday 13th May 2022

1200hrs - 0000hrs on Saturday 14th May 202

1200hrs - 0000hrs on Sunday 15th May 2022

Dispersal Orders granted under the Anti-Social Behaviour Act give Officers the power to order anyone who is committing, or is likely to commit, anti-social behaviour to leave the area, and if they refuse to comply or return they can be arrested.

We would urge members of the public to continue reporting any incidents of anti-social behaviour or crime in the area to us on 101, via our website, or 999 if a crime is in progress.
