Man jailed following exposure in Horley

A man has been jailed following an exposure in Horley on Friday, 18 July.

Yosef Yahya, 38, (11/10/1986), of Brighton Road, Horley was charged with indecent exposure and possession of Class A drugs on Tuesday, 22 July.

He was remanded to appear at Guildford Remand Court yesterday morning (Wednesday, 23 July), where he pleaded guilty and was jailed for a total of 12 weeks.

Detective Chief Superintendent Mark Chapman, Divisional Commander for East Surrey, said, “We appreciate that this incident has been concerning for Horley residents, and officers will be maintaining a visible presence in the area over the coming weeks. We ask that you approach and raise any concerns you have with us directly. The more information we have, the better equipped we are to keep the local community safe.”
