We are appealing for witnesses after two people were targeted by a group of youths at Red House Grounds playground in Leatherhead yesterday (Saturday, 10 May).

 

The victims were in the park off Randall’s Road car park when three male suspects approached them. One of the suspects took a drink from one of the victims and threw it at him. The couple then attempted to walk away but were followed by the suspects. One of the suspects assaulted one of the victims who then fell to the ground before being further assaulted. 

 

The three suspects were last seen boarding a train at Leatherhead train station.

The main suspect is described as male, White, tanned around 5ft 5 tall, of a stocky build, with light-coloured eyes and a blonde buzz cut. He was not wearing a shirt, but had a light grey one tucked into the waist band of his shorts, which were navy blue or grey. He also had large, purple scars completely covering his forearms.

 

The second suspect had ginger hair and light-coloured eyes was wearing a black T-shirt, dark green shorts and a light-green military print baseball cap. He also spoke with an Irish accent.

 

The third suspect is described as Asian with dark hair which was slicked back, a light moustache and thick dark eyebrows. He was wearing a light-coloured T-shirt and brown cargo shorts.

    A man who raped and suffocated a woman in a violent attack has been jailed for 11.5 years.

     

    Adam Fairfoot, 31, (DOB: 03/04/1994) from Leeds, was found guilty of a number of offences including rape, voyeurism and threatening to share a photograph or film of a person in an intimate state following a week-long trial at Guildford Crown Court.
