Surrey’s Police and Crime Commissioner, Lisa Townsend, has joined officers on patrol in Guildford and Waverley as part of a new operation tackling retail crime. As part of the initiative, plain-clothed Behaviour Detection Officers were deployed to spot suspicious activity in shops across both boroughs.
