Welcome to the Police Update for past two weeks. 

The message includes personal fraud (Scams), burglaries and vehicle thefts reported between the 6th March 2025 to 20th March 2025.

Please Note

    Personal Fraud (Scams) in the Borough.

    Records show that the types of Personal Fraud in the Borough during the last two weeks included a victim having their phone hacked.

    North

    09/03/2025 03:01.   Rookery Mead, Netherne on the Hill.  Attempted Residential Burglary    Method of Entry – Attempted forced entry through the front door.

    Stolen:   Nothing taken.      (PR 45250028027)

    10/03/2025 13:05 (reported).   Fir Tree Road, Banstead.  Residential Burglary    Method of Entry – Forced entry through the patio window, located at the rear of the property.

    Stolen:   Not confirmed at this time.      (PR 45250028530)

    10/03/2025 19:17.   Woodgavil, Banstead.  Attempted Residential Burglary    Method of Entry – Attempted forced entry through a first floor window.

    Stolen:   Nothing taken.      (PR 45250028761)

    09/03/2025 03:15.   Bowen Way, Coulsdon.  Attempted Residential Burglary    Method of Entry – Attempted forced entry through the front door.

    Stolen:   Nothing taken.      (PR 45250029111)

    19/03/2025 04:27.   The Avenue, Tadworth.  Attempted Residential Burglary    Method of Entry – Attempted entry through the back door to the property.

    Between 02/03/2025 19:00 to 06/03/2025 14:00.   Common Road, Redhill. Attempted Residential Outbuilding Burglary.  Method of Entry – Attempted forced entry through the shed door.

    Between 01/03/2025  22:00 to 07/03/2025 06:00.   Chart Lane, Reigate.  Residential Outbuilding Burglary.  Method of Entry – Forced entry into the garden shed.

    Between 05/03/2025 18:30 to 07/03/2025 18:30.   Chart Lane, Reigate.  Residential Outbuilding Burglary.  Method of Entry – Forced entry into the garden shed.

    Stolen: Four Bicycles.      (PR 45250028035)

    Between 07/03/2025 23:59 to 08/03/2025 03:00   Castle Close, Reigate.  Attempted Residential Burglary.  Method of Entry – Attempted forced entry through the front door.

    Stolen: Nothing taken.      (PR 45250028220)

    12/03/2025 Between 11:00 to 18:00  Timperley Gardens, Redhill.   Residential Burglary    Method of Entry – A package was taken from the communal area of the building.

    Stolen:   Food items.      (PR 45250029641)

    14/03/2025 Between 18:30 to 23:58.  Furze Close, Redhill.  Residential Burglary    Method of Entry – Forced entry through a rear garden door leading to the kitchen.

    Stolen:   Numerous items of Jewellery and 3 Watches.      (PR 45250030637)

    Between 12/03/2025 15:00 to 14/03/2025 08:00.   Somers Road, Reigate.  Attempted Residential Garage Burglary    Method of Entry – Attempted forced entry through the garage door.

    Stolen:   Nothing taken.      (PR 45250030693)

    15/03/2025 Between 09:00 to 21:10.  Carlton Road, Redhill.  Residential Burglary    Method of Entry – Forced entry through a ground floor window.

    Stolen:   Jewellery, Watch, 2 iPads and a laptop.      (PR 45250031003)

    19/03/2025 Between 07:45 to 19:15.  Ringwood Avenue, Redhill.  Attempted Residential Outbuilding Burglary    Method of Entry – Attempted forced entry into the shed.

    Stolen:   Nothing Taken.      (PR 45250032835)

     

    South

    08/03/2025 Between 22:26 to 22:28.   Smallfield Road, Horley. Attempted Residential Burglary. Method of Entry – Attempted forced entry through a door to the property. When challenged by an occupant of the property the suspect has left.
