We are appealing for the public’s help in finding 38-year-old Albert Bickers from Caterham and 40-year-old Dulcie Bickers from Brixton, who are wanted on suspicion of shoplifting.

 

Albert is described as a White man, around 5' 9" tall, of medium build and with brown hair and eyes.

 

Dulcie is described as a White woman, of slim build and with brown hair and eyes.
