#SPCasualtyReduction & PCSOs carried out road traffic ops in Dorking this week. 

 

 

Offences recorded include: mobile phone use, a high-speed electric 2 wheeler (stopped & seized) & a van driver, arrested after providing a positive @DrugWipeUK for cannabis - his 2nd in under a month!

We would like to speak to him in connection with an on-going investigation into a distraction theft in Leatherhead.

 

The offence occurred on Wednesday, 13 November on Church Street between 9 and 10am whilst the victim was attempting to pay for parking.

 

Officers would like to speak to the man in this CCTV image or anyone who knows him. They would also like to speak to anyone who might have witnessed an incident at the pay machine or who was in the vicinity of Church Street at this time.
