We are aware of some concern in the local community after it was reported that an unknown man who was walking on Westway in Caterham, appeared to reach for a young girl.
The incident occurred on Wednesday, 6th November at around 4pm.
Although enquiries are ongoing to establish the exact circumstances of the incident, at this time we do not believe there is cause for concern.
