The Surrey Police Attraction and Recruitment Team are holding a series of recruitment webinars for the role of Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) and our next event will be on 1st October at 6pm. At this event we will talk about the role, what you'll be doing on a daily basis, the training and the pay and benefits. We will also talk you through the eligibility criteria for the role and explain how the application process works.
The PCSO role is a really interesting and varied role which is at the front line of policing. You'll get involved in many different activities such as community engagement, conducting house to house enquiries, dealing with hate crime incidents, working with local partner agencies and collecting evidence. It's a great role to start your policing career or to make a complete career change and do a role where you can make a real difference to our local communities.
