Residential Burglary and other Crime Report

28th January to 9th February 2024

Dear Surrey Heath Residents

Please find below details of the currently reported burglaries (or attempted burglaries) to residential properties (including shed break-ins) as well as other crime statistics over the past week 28/01/24 to 09/02/24.  Summary details of these are provided in the list below.

Please note, where known I have used the approximate actual incident date/times rather than date the incident was reported (as there can be differences).

BURGLARY BUSINESS AND COMMUNITY – 2

Stanhope road, CAMBERLEY. 06.02.24 1930-2000hrs. Suspects have broken in through the rear door using a sledgehammer and crowbar. No items taken from premises.

Park Street, CAMBERLEY. 08.02.24 1715hrs. Suspect has entered the store and taken a card machine.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 5

Salisbury Grove, MYTCHETT. 28.01.24 0800-1900hrs. suspects have entered the property by smashing rear door window and using the key to open the door. An untidy search of the property was carried out. No items stolen.

James Road, CAMBERLEY. 02.02.24 1700-2300hrs. Glass panel of back door has been removed. A messy searched has been carried out and items stolen from the property.

Church Road, FRIMLEY. 07.02.24 1730-2240hrs. Suspects have gained entry via a smashed window. They have then carried out a search of the property and a large amount of cash taken.

Theft from Motor Vehicle -2

Portsmouth Road, CAMBERLEY. 30.01.24 1800-1930hrs. Suspects have broken into the side of the van by drilling a hole in the side rear door. Suspects have then stolen power tools.

Gloucester Close, FRIMLEY. 08.02.24 0330-0430hrs. Informants car has been broken into and the entertainment system has been taken.

Theft of Motor Vehicle – 2

The Atrium Charles Street, CAMBERLEY.30.02.24 1415hrs. Motorbike bike stolen from car park. Motorbike has been found.

Prescribed Limited Offences (drink/drug driving) - 4

Sexual offences - 3

Stalking - 0

Theft (including shopping lifting) – 28
