Local News

Our new Borough Commander, Inspector Ian Nash, was out and about this week in Runnymede, talking to the community and shopkeepers in the local area about any issues, while introducing himself within neighbourhoods.

There will be a Dispersal Order in place for the area of Ottershaw between the hours of 5pm – 1am on Friday 9th, Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th February. This has been granted following a number of cases of anti-social behaviour in the area. The order means that officers can direct someone who is believed to be committing or may commit an offence to leave the area, and failing to do so would be an arrestable offence. Our neighbourhood teams will be patrolling the areas during these times. If you witness any anti-social behaviour or criminality in the area, please report it to us straight away so we can respond. Call 999 if a crime is in progress, otherwise you can report information at Report | Surrey Police.
